iedivorce and the team at Patton Williams Attorneys offer international and local uncontested divorce legal services at fixed rates. Our tariffs below is an updated summary of the current cost of our services.
Our Fixed Rates:
Uncontested Divorce (Local)
AT LEAST ONE OF THE PARTIES MUST LIVE IN THE WESTERN CAPE:
(No minor/dependent children) our fixed fee is R9,850. (Deposit: R5,417.50)
(With minor/dependent children) our fixed fee is R10,580. (Deposit: R5,819.00)
INCLUDED: Drafting summons, settlement agreement, parenting plan, sheriff’s fee (up to R260), standard phone calls and emails, court attendance fees, the court hearing, copies, printing and postage. Excludes courier charges, if applicable.

Uncontested Divorce (International)
ONE OF THE PARTIES MUST LIVE IN THE WESTERN CAPE:
Defendant lives in the Western Cape: Our all-inclusive fee is R16,580 – (Deposit: R10,000). T&C apply.
Defendant lives abroad: Our all-inclusive fee is R22,500. (Deposit: R15,000). T&C apply.
Excludes courier charges.

Uncontested Divorce (missing spouse/spouse cannot be located)
LOCAL: Our flat fee is R18,500 if there are minor children involved and R17,500 if there are no minor children involved. Deposit: R10,000. This fixed fee includes the cost of the required substituted service application. If we need to publish in newspapers then the cost of advertising will be an additional cost to the fixed fee.
